You may already be aware of our Community pharmacy technician: advancing your role programme which launched last autumn, and we are delighted that NHS funding for this was extended for another year till March 2025.

We are running an information webinar next week for anyone who would like to find out more about the programme and I wondered if you would be happy to share the text below in blue please with contractors, community pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in your areas?

CPPE Community pharmacy technician: advancing your role is a fully funded learning programme designed to help community pharmacy technicians develop the skills and confidence to support the delivery of effective clinical services in community pharmacy.  It guides pharmacy technicians to reflect upon their existing transferable skills and identify development needs to support the readiness for advancing their role in practice to support service delivery.
