Celebrating Success and Charting the Way Forward: A Recap of Our AGM and Collaborative Workshops

Hello everyone,

We would like to express our gratitude to all those who joined us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the inspiring collaborative workshops that were a key part of the day. It was a great pleasure to witness a diverse representation from many corners of the pharmacy world, coming together to share insights, ideas and enthusiasm.

Over the coming month, we will process the valuable outputs generated during the workshop sessions. Our aim is to construct a comprehensive plan that will guide our journey towards becoming an integral part of the local integrated healthcare system. To achieve this, we are adopting the GAP Model, a strategic framework that will help us identify the necessary actions to bridge the gap between our current status and our envisioned future.

We are eager to invite participation and input from Contractors, pharmacy teams, and our colleagues in the ICB, Trusts, and PCNs. Your collective wisdom and experience are invaluable assets in shaping our path forward.

It will showcase the dedication and commitment of our community in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in the world of pharmacy.
